Captured. Tormented. Haunted.
Everything has been torn from me, including the men I’d begun to trust with my heart.

Kade, whose fiery brutality gave my rage an outlet. Bishop, whose twisted mind uncovered my deepest truth. And Draven, whose ruthless control offered me safe refuge.

Only, I discovered they aren’t men at all.

They’re monsters.

Now I’m trapped in hell under lock and key, terrorized by the creatures of my nightmares, and forced to fight through excruciating pain for every breath.

But I’m tougher than they know. More determined than they realize.
And more cunning than all of them.

— — —

She was stolen from us, taken by our enemies.
They think they’ve weakened us. Instead, they’ve unleashed the beasts.

We swore to destroy anyone who dared to come between us, and we’ll stop at nothing to uphold that promise. The path to her will be painted in Latian blood.

No mercy. No hesitation.

She knows we’re the very creatures that haunt her. She’ll never forgive us for bringing her into this dark world. She’ll never crave the mark of our wolves, or embrace our savage nature.

But when it comes to our little Fawn… there’s no choice.

She’s ours.

ALL MY REVIEWS CAN BE FOUND ON MY BLOG: ABSTRACT BOOKS

line

"Fury" is the second book of the "Blackfang Barons" series by the authors Marie Robinson and Elina Jaiden. Told in multiple perspectives , get ready to meet Jemma and Her shifters once again!

This one was dark and gritty and gave me all the chills! The writing was good and so was the storyline. After that ending of the first book , I wanted to get my hands on this book so bad and now I finally have it! I jumped straight into this one and finished it in one sitting. The mafia aspect of this story was the one thing that attracted me a lot towards it. The concept of this book was new to me which is what made it so interesting to me.

Jemma is one of the strongest characters that I have ever encountered. Throughout the whole book I kept waiting for her to break , because who wouldn't when they went through so much , but she kept surprising me at every turn. The author gave us some amazing twists in this book and I loved the ending of this one too!

A definite recommendation to all the dark Romance lovers out there who would love themes like Shifter , mafia with a kick-ass Heroine and suspense in the mix!

Fury was just as good, if not better than Fawn

Deeper into the rabbit hole I fall in this series. Fury is darker and much more emotional than book 1 and I loved it. We get way more from the Alphas POVs which I really, really liked. And, while poor Jemma can't catch a break, this horror really turns into a make or break you moment. I was both surprised and proud that she made it. She's learning to get past her fears slowly but surely and more importantly she realizes that she needs and wants the dark men at her side.

The mystery of Jemma, who is Markus, and will all 3 Alphas accept the calling is gripping me to edge of my seat. I'm in serious like with these characters and so invested in the dang story I didn't sleep last night. So, so, so good!

“The thing about being broken, though, is that it becomes easier to survive every new level of hell. And I will survive this. It’s what I’ve been doing my whole life, surviving.”

Wow! Book two of Blackfang Baron series starts right off where book one left off.
Jemma was kidnapped by her psycho ex-boyfriend and gang.
She goes through horrific trauma and abuse and I mean, you know the shitty deck of cards she was dealt in, in book one so you can’t help but get pissed for her throughout most of this book.

What I loved about Jemma is she gained a backbone in Fury. She really did. She has her life to fight for and it was because of Draven, Bishop, and Kade.
“We may not be the Four Horsemen, but we’ve earned our titles as the Princes of Hell.”

These boys love her.
Would die for her.
Their wolves are calling for Jemma and they’re willing to do whatever it takes to find Jemma again.

So some twists and turns happen that I didn’t see coming. Jemma is... well... she’s not even sure what’s going on as we don’t exactly figure it out in book two but Jemma is special.
Is she human?
Something else?
No one knows but one guy that’s still trying to come after her. He has all the answers but he’s a ghost. No one can find him but he’s sure as hell hell bent on killing Jemma.

This book leaves off on a cliffhanger.
She’s so close to getting claimed by her hot as hell mates.
I can’t wait for book three!
4/5 stars.

I can’t even tell y’all how much I love Fury by Elaina Jadin and Marie Robinson! Fury is book 2 in the Blackfang Barons series and is a reverse harem, mafia/shifter, dark romance. This story is told from multiple POVs and I loved getting a view into everyone’s thoughts and feelings.

Jemma is such a compelling FMC and has gone through so much in her life. She really starts to come into her own in Fury and starts to finally realize her own inner strength that the guys have seen in her all along. The guys in this series are seriously drool worthy and are each so unique and different. You have Draven the apex alpha who is controlling and rules with an iron fist, Kade who is a berserker alpha, and Bishop who is a self-confessed sociopath. I can’t get enough of Kade and he’s now my new favorite book boyfriend ever.....for real none of you can have him🤣 I loved him after reading Fawn (book 1), but I love him even more now! This book has lots of steamy scenes, including one scene that I have been dying for since Fawn!🔥 I cannot recommend this series enough and it is one of my top reads I’ve read all year!

I seriously loved this book. Fury picks up right where Fawn ended. Jemma is being held prisoner by the Latians. Her guys are doing everything they can to find her, short of burning down the whole city down.

There’s multiple POVs and the authors completely nailed giving each character their own voice. I love Jemma’s resolve to overcome her fears and trauma. we also got Bishops backstory and i can’t wait to get more of Draven’s and Kade’s!

You will not want to put this book down! I didn’t want it to end. And the cliffhanger.. like cmon way to leave a girl hanging! the very beginning of Fray better be fucking STEAMY. i have no doubt it will, though. *fans face*.

So, yeah. read this series!

Blackfang Baron series is my new guilty pleasure. If you crave the dark side of romance and enjoy a good RH. This series is right up your alley. Fury is the second book and picks up where the last book left off. Jemma and her journey of discovery as she dives further then where she thought she could ever go .

Jemma's story isn't easier then the first book. Her story wasn't her's alone to tell. Her path was changed by Draven, Kade and Bishop. They made her fight and in this book we go deeper into the characters and their stories.
This book left with a deeper understanding of the Baron world. It's not a easy world but Jemma is walking a fine line and I can't wait to see where the authors goes with the next book. As Jemma really came into her own in this book and a lot was revealed that left with more questions.
The Barons have their work cut out it seems

There are just some books/series that just resonate with you, like they reach in your soul and dredge up feelings that you just cant put into words. Yes its a book and its a fantasy but if you are like me, books are life. This continuation of Jemma and her wolves is a blend of epic storytelling with depth and emotion. Ive been super lucky that lately the books I have read have been amazing. This one though, it will rip out the very parts of your soul and its still in shreds in the absolute best way. Jemma is taken from them, and she does everything in her power to survive. Its not pretty and its not nice but its real. Its gritty and dark. Its haunting and devastating. But shes a survivor. This book is about their way back to each other and the choices they make to get there...The choices Jemma makes in regards to them and I cant wait to see what happens with her and when she finds out who she really is. The POVs are everything in this book. The way that the authors portray Draven, Kade, and Bishop is what makes this series seriously immeasurable. The scenes of them together and apart, it makes me feel like im there in the book sitting in the grass, or kneeling in Dravens office..The way they fight for her and will continue to fight gives me the chills. There is this vast chasm that is between them now and its a question of if they can overcome it, Can they take that step? Its truly a story that will stay with me. That cliffhanger though ladies, Just wow. I am already stalking them for the next book and any that come from either author. Don't miss this sweeping journey of mates, love and survival and the fight of their lives.

Perfect follow up to Fawn. We get to go inside our 3 Alphas minds and get to see just how far they are willing to go to get their Fawn back.
Fury is much darker and more gritty then Fawn and I must say I am here for it. The writing is out of this world and so descriptive. I felt every bit of pain that Jemma went through. My emotions where all over the place. I seriously could have stabbed Draven a few times. Draven’s fight within himself to actually let himself care and feel is gut wrenching no matter how strong he is on the outside you get those very small moments where you see the light shine through. Jemma’s character growth and strength is a sight to see. In Fawn she had me just seeing her as a victim and then there’s this change In her in Fury Where she takes hold of things she has had to go through since the loss of her parents and keeps pushing and keep fighting and out comes this strong woman who gives as good as she gets! Let’s no forget about all the Alpha hotness in Draven, Bishop and Kade. These three are straight fire. That picnic scene will be talked about forever! I need Fray STAT!

Fury will absolutely destroy you! Jemma will struggle for survival, and her men are going to tear the world down to find her. This book is an amazing new installment in the Blackfang Barons series, and there is so much going on!!! I love, love, love everything about the men in this story, and this book finally gives some inner glimpses into their pasts. I can't WAIT to read more, and this is definitely a one click buy ❤❤❤

This is the second book in the BlackFang Barons series which is mafia & shifter & RH and all things good.

We start off book two dealing with the fallout of book one, and I’m not gonna lie I was desperate for everything to hurry up and work out. The emotions in this book are *intense* and dark stuff happens.

Jemma is a complex character who isn’t just a strong girl robot. She is strong and she does rise out of the ashes, but it takes an emotional journey to get there.

I love the guys in this series, they are soooo alpha and I can’t get enough. Things are ramping up and book 3 is going to be 🔥🔥🔥.

Wow! This second book in the Blackfang Barons series is nothing short of amazing! This story will have you oozing all kinds of emotions. Jemma, Bishop, Kade, and Draven are fantastic characters, as are the supporting characters! The character development is crazy good! The storyline is packed full of action, suspense, intrigue, sexiness, mystery, and so, so much more. It’s a definite page turner. Elaina Jadin and Marie Robinson are a brilliant writing duo! I love this book and highly recommend it as a Must Read!

Good, but missing an actual story

I liked this series more than I thought I would. I’m not a huge fan of “dark” romance. It’s done too often with an emphasis on exaggerated kink and a total absence of the relationship and communication kink should engender. I was ok with it here because it’s pretty mild, though the first book teases a level of kink I know I’d ultimately find unshemxy. This book is less sex and more relationship building outside a dom/sub dynamic, which I really appreciate. The angst of the apex alpha is a bit adolescent; I liked that he has some kinks in his armor, but ffs. My real issue is that neither book is in and of itself a whole story. It’s not that I hate a cliffhanger, but done this way, it feels like a money grab rather than a natural progression of whole story to whole story. Also, the authors are making a big mistake waiting a year for the next book to come out. There isn’t enough whole story here to build a years worth of wait time. Its not like I got an entire plot in either of the first two books. And now I know that these books are all going to end on an unsatisfactory note. So... I might wait for the entire series to come out except by that time I’m going to totally forget this series interested me. So, cool start to a story, but if you wanted a whole plot I wouldn’t bother yet.

Draven, Kade, and Bishop have the entire pack searching for Jemma after the attack and her capture. No one can escape Bishop's tracking and before long, he has discovered the hidden location of the Latians. However, Terrion has Jemma for days and he uses his time to torture her. By the time the Barons come to rescue Jemma, she has taken matters into her own hands. However, knowing her men turn into the same monsters who tortured her this time and killed her family when she was younger has Jemma reeling. It's up to the Baron Alphas to prove themselves. There's no denying they are monsters but these monsters have claimed her as their own. She is safe with them. They failed her once and she was hurt. They won't have any problem destroying anyone who tries to hurt their Fawn.

I am not a huge fan of dark romance. I hear enough about torture in my daily life that I don't seek it out as an escape. I will say this is a well-written series. Jemma's emotions are pure, her fluctuating anger and fear, her desire to gain control are spot on. The men each have a disconnect in their personality that is a byproduct of their world. Bishop is a convincing sociopath with a history to back it up, Kade has the lack of control of a true berserker, and Draven seems to be able to sever his desires from his actions. The female side characters are also complicated, if not as outwardly bloodthirsty. This story was more psychological than action-packed but don't think that means very little happened. There was plenty of action throw in but the focus was on character development, gaining information, and emotional recovery. I enjoyed this book and I'm intrigued by Jemma. I have my guesses and look forward to seeing how close my ideas are to the truth in the next book.

Fury by Elaina Jadin and Marie Robinson is the second book in the Blackfang Baron’s world. After the epic and shocking cliffhanger in Fawn, you are drawn straight back into the story from Draven’s POV. Once again the authors have written the chapters from the different characters POV’s with each characters thoughts, emotions and observations displayed. Draven’s are by far my favourite, there’s something about his character that just drew me deep into the storyline from the way he thinks and acts. Jemma’s chapters were heartbreaking at times. Bishop’s are always calculated. And Kade...well his were more open and showed a different side to him.

There’s so much happening in this story and once again the emotions are high as you read through Fury and you won’t be able to put the book down. As we saw in Fawn, Jemma was slowly being allowed to come to be the woman she was, and in Fury that continues and I’m hoping in Fray she’ll be one of the strongest FMC’s I’ve read.

I’ll be honest, if you read my review last time for Fawn you know that dark romance isn’t my go to genre, so there are some scenes in this book which I had to skim over, simply because they were too dark for me and I’m an emotional reader. Sometimes it is good to step out of your comfort zone and experience a new world of reading, which is what happened for me. So if you love dark and mafia romances, and the first book - Fawn, then you’ll definitely want to continue the Blackfang Baron’s series with Fury. I’m looking forward to continuing with this series with book 3 - Fray and will patiently wait...maybe not too patiently.

Fury picks up just about right after Fawn, so the cliffhanger is cleared up pretty quickly. The beginning of the book is pretty dark, but it lightens up. Fury is not nearly as dark as Fawn, at least not, in my opinion.
While Fawn told a lot of Jemma’s background, Fury starts to explore the guys' background, especially Bishop’s and Draven’s. Kade’s background is hinted at, but we don’t learn anything. We learn a lot more about the guys due to the increase of their POV chapters. There are many more in this book which I really enjoyed. They were also very well written, and I had no trouble discerning whose POV the chapter was being told from. It also gave you insight into how they feel about Jemma, and though, for the most part, it is pretty clear the affirmation helped.
From a story perspective, this book did seem a little like a filler. The beginning is eventful, but this book was more about character development than story development. Not to say that I didn’t enjoy it, but if you’re looking for a lot of forward plot progression, you may be disappointed.
I can’t wait for the next book to come out. While this book didn’t end on quite the cliffhanger that the first one did, there are many unanswered questions.

When I read Fawn I was hooked on this series, but Fury just upped my obsession with this series. These two writers together know what they are doing. I am new to both of them, and yep I have become a fan. I really enjoy their writing style, and how they pace the book.

Fury picks up where Fawn leaves off. Bishop and the guys are trying to get their Fawn back, and they will stop at nothing to make that happen. My love for Bishop has grown, I like Kade and Draven but Bishop is my man. Pretty much as soon as you start the action is non stop. We get multiple POV which in my opinion helps us to understand how the characters feel instead of just the main character.

Jemma has gone through a lot in this book and it is not pretty in some spots. If you have triggers be warned. But with the help of her guys she gains strength back. If you thought they were protective before, yeah 10 times more here. I loved it.

So overall, if you loved Fawn, then you will love this one as well. I felt like there was more action in Fury, plus I really enjoy the male leads being all alpha and protective. I cannot wait for Fray and I hope that we get it sooner than the projected date.

Freaking awesome series. There is so much I could say about this book but I’ll try to hit on the things that really stood out to me. So first this a paranormal romance novel. After I read Fawn I was instantly addicted to this series. The guys are so steamy and to describe them as domineering would be an understatement. When I picture an alpha male, these guys would be giving most of them lessons. Our FMC now is really learning more about how strong she truly is. She has gone through some pretty traumatic events but to watch the unorthodox ways the guys are making her deal with things had me feeling all kinds of mixed up feelings. I know as a healthcare professional I would never recommend this type of therapy normally, but for this book it fits. Just please take it as face value. Don’t overthink things and enjoy the book for what it is; a Dark Romance. Now that I stated that, these guys are going to have all of my 50 shades of Grey fans panting I think. This book is definitely worth the read.

Oh my goodness if you love dark and twisted then you need to read this series. If you have triggers then proceed with caution. There is abuse, bloodshed and other things so if that is not your thing than you may want to pass on it. However, it is exceptionally well written and I loved every bit of it. We continue from where book one leaves off and find out a little bit more information about Jemma. Jemma goes through some horrendous ordeals but some how manages to not break completely. One thing I love about this book is that the FMC Jemma may seem skittish at times but she also has a determination to become more. She is not whiny and has accepted that bad things follow her. She learns a little more about why but not enough. The guys Draven, Kade and Bishop are doing everything to get her back. Only to realize some things about each other and what Jemma means to them. There is a lot of emotions, turmoil and steamy situations through out the book. Once you start reading you will not want to put it down. I cannot wait to see what is in store for them in the next book.

Wow…Fury is a wonderfully dark romance story. Elaina Jadin & Marie Robinson, authors, out did themselves. I am hard pressed to decide which book in the Blackfang Barons series. Elaina and Marie created a dark and creative world and characters. Jemma, Draven, Kade and Bishop are very strong individuals that have their own issues to overcome as well as being a reverse harem (RH). Fury seamlessly continued from Fawn. The Blackfang Barons series are all well written and creative. I really loved reading Fury. I have read a book before from Elaina Jadin but this is the first time reading a book from Marie Robinson and I am sure it won’t be the last. Fury has a lot of the elements I look for in the ARCs that I review. Fury captures your attention and doesn’t let go. You will want to read with no distractions as you will be so engrossed in Fury that you will not want to put it down. Elaina and Marie are both on their way to becoming one of my top tier of my fave authors. As you can probably tell I highly recommend Fury. Hope you love it as much as I do.

Oh Jemma <3 having been through so much surely you deserve a break now, right?

This picks up just after the end of Fawn with Jemma now in the hands of her ex and the barons enemy's. I'm not going to lie she suffer and suffers badly at their hands as do other women we meet along the way. The descriptions are graphic in places and you really do feel right alongside her. Her desperation and need to escape shines through.

The barons are on the warpath, they'll stop at nothing to get their fawn back. But will releasing her from their enemies hands be enough? She knows about their wolves now and her worst fears from her past is their reality.

I loved the growth and understanding from the barons in this book. They really proved just how much Jemma means to them and what they will do to make her happy. The undercurrent of war on the horizon keeps you on the edge of your seat and i just hope they all make it out of the series in one piece!

Now where's book 3 lol!

Got the chance to ARC Fury and I have to say...I'm loving it. This book continues on from Book 1 and it's amazing. There are triggers from this, going into detail about Jemma's days in captivity with Terrion. Jemma has been broken since her parents' deaths when she was a kid. But as an adult, she shows an inner strength that she probably never knew she had. Her and Draven together is explosive and he makes no apologies at being an asshole. Kade and Bishop also have their moments but nothing like Draven. But these 3 guys lift Jemma up without realizing it. They think they're going to break her, ruin her, when in reality, they ground her, give her strength and courage and a voice. A voice she needed. They think they didn't protect her enough, they think they're too broken. But all 3 of those broken guys plus a broken a Jemma equals 1 whole piece. This is such a great story and I'm looking forward to book 3.

You won’t want to put this one down. Fury is the second installment to the Blackfang Barons series and it is AMAZING!!! We pick up right where Fawn left off and get to feel the emotions of her character as she finds out the men that “own” her are the exact same beasts she runs from in her nightmares. There is so much betrayal and heartache but also so much growth. I love that we get to get a glimpse into the demons that plague Kade and Dravin, and get thrown head first into Bishops hell. Fawn is such a glorious character, she is broken but she fights through it and I love watching her growth. The book is non stop action from the first page to the last that will leave you riveted. When you turn the last page you may throw your kindle in frustration, needing more. I can’t wait to see where their story goes from here. I have a feeling this is just the beginning 😉

This book was fabulous! Fury is book 2 in the Blackfang Barons seires and a book I have been looking forward to since finishing book 1 several months ago!

The chemistry between Fawn and her 3 Alphas is sizzling hot! 🔥🔥🔥 Draven is still a stubborn ass that I can't help but love. But don't get me started on his mother! I wanted to play Slap-A-Bitch with Momma K!

Kade is still my absolute favorite! He is always there for Fawn, and will be whatever she needs him to be at the time.

You learn Bishops heart wrenching story, and now I want to smother him back to happiness!

The mental, physical and emotional abuse Fawn overcomes is amazing all in itself. She is so strong and I love her character.

Overall a great addition to the seires!

Fury is a steamy RH shifter romance with adult content and language suitable for ages 18+

This story was such a whirlwind of emotions .

5/5 ⭐

fury is the second book in the Black Fang series .

It's starts off with dravens POV going out of his mind trying to find his fawn . As we get more into the book we get better background to Kade and Bishop and more of why it is that Jemma is being hunted . It'll keep you on the edge of your seat !

Jemma is one of the strongest female heroine's I've ever read .This girl goes through ALOT of trauma .First losing her parents at a young age to a vicious attack , to being abducted by an enemy pack know as the Latians . The torture she was felt and her willingness to be strong and hold on to her sanity was just simply amazing . These author's to an excellent job with these characters! That small cliffy at the end though ughhhh I swear I was gonna get that Draven action!!! WHYYYYY DID YOU GUYS PLAY ME LIKE THAT😩😩

Holy crap! What a book! Elaina Jadin and Marie Robinson have killed it once again with Fury, book two of the Blackfang Barons series. I am IN LOVE with these characters and their stories.

Picking up right where we left off in Fawn, Jemma is in Terrion’s clutches and it is brutal, to say the least. Our little Fawn is full of steel though and I’m in awe of her strength. Our Alphas come through though and eventually, they’re reunited.

There are plenty of twists unfurling here and I just know that there are so many more to come, especially one that concerns Jemma. Draven, Kade, and Bishop each have a piece of my heart and even though they share plenty of similar traits, they’re all so wildly different from one another.

I can’t wait to see what happens in Fray and I just know it’s going to be incredible. How could it not be?

Jemmy is on a very intense Journey

'She’s not a good girl—she’s a dark queen who hasn’t realized her destiny yet. But she will, and the world will quake at her feet. I know it in my soul.'
This quote sums up this book for me. Jemmy has had so much pain and trauma. But there is still a spark inside her that if tended and cared for will turn into a wildfire that may just burn the whole world down. We really got to know more about our three shifter alpha's in this part of the series and it was great to read about some of their histories and their own struggles. Lots of information in this one and some very hot action and I am excited to see where this series goes next.

4.5 out of 5 stars

This next installment of the Blackfang Baron series starts off with a run, full of emotion, survival, and pure adrenaline. This book has its hand in many genres; mafia, PNR, and reverse harem, and all fit perfectly together. After reading the first book Fawn, I knew this was going to be an epic tale of love and conquering all.

Jemma is a strong character that has gone through so much and you can’t help but wonder how much more she can go through. In this book we learn more of her background at the same time she does as well. So many secrets are just begging to be figured out and it will keep you guessing!

I loved this book so much and was worth the wait!

Ladies! Right here...who would have thought to do Mafia styled with shifter?! HA I loved this book. ALSO it's a dark romance which makes it even hotter. These men are ALL demanding Bishop, Drave, and Kade our the leading guys all in search for Jemma. BTW, I love that name, Jemma. This books leads right into from book 1 and then of course, that ending. Clifffhnagers are just mean, but necessary. Steam, on Steam for this book! This book is read in multiple POVs and the characters are just all so smokey! And so much action. Lots of drama and clean scenes that really pull you into the book. LOVE TI!
